These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Site and form a binding contract between UdhyogExpo, the Site owner, and you, the user. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. UdhyogExpo (“Company”) organizes exhibitions aimed at providing businesses with opportunities to sell franchise rights. By participating in the exhibition as a franchisor or franchisee, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Exhibitor Responsibilities

18% GST is applicable to all transactions. Paid account activation occurs upon realization of payment.

UdhyogExpo is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the exhibition or from franchise transactions made during or after the event. The participants bear all franchise-related risks.

Code of Conduct

All participants must conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Any unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate expulsion from the exhibition without a refund.

Payment and Fees

All exhibition fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your participation without any refund of Advance amount, if paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

While every reasonable effort is made to adhere to the exhibition elements as informed, Company reserves the right to change event dates, location/sites, omit event features, as it deems necessary and in such situations no refunds (full or partial) or alternative offers shall be given to the participant or his/her organisation. Company also reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case the participant will be notified by email two weeks or earliest possible to the event date and the registration fee will be fully refunded; Company will not accept liability for any losses and/or damages registered participants may suffer due to event alteration/cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund will take maximum 30 Business days.

Governing Law

The laws of India govern these Terms. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India- 416005, for any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site or services provided by UdhyogExpo.

Variation

UdhyogExpo reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
